Jeff Martin began serving as youth minister of Shearer Hills in August, 2010. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration  in Marketing from Texas Tech University in 2006. He graduated from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in December 2009 with a Masters of Divinity. Jeff was an Air Force "Kid" so he lived in many different places during his childhood.  

As youth minister, he wants to build disciplined followers of Jesus Christ through equipping students to understand, share and defend their faith.

Jeff enjoys playing the guitar, reading and sports of all kinds. He loves to play basketball, watching and discussing college football, fishing, camping, water skiing, snow skiing, and mountain biking.

Jeff and Lucy have one child - Ruthie.
